1. How much is the delivery fee? 如何計算營養餐的運送費用?


Delivery is included in your price. However if you like to pick up at any of our outlets, you can enjoy a discount of $125 per week!
您所訂購的營養餐之費用已經包括運送費,但若果您選擇到 YOUNI 分店自取,便可於一星期折減$125!




2. Where and when can you deliver? 關於運送時間和運送地點。

Pick Up分店自取

1. Can I pick up my Meal Plan from a YOUNI café / kiosk? 我可以到YOUNI分店自取營養餐嗎?


Absolutely! You can also enjoy a discount of $125 per week as well!
當然可以!自取營養餐還可以獲得每星期$125折扣。




2. What time can I pick up my Meal Plan orders? 我可以在什麼時候前來 YOUNI 分店自取?


Our pick-up time is between 8:30am and 9:00pm, Monday to Friday. (No Meal Plan service on public holidays)
您可以在 YOUNI 分店營業時間前來自取營養餐,自取時間為逢星期一至五早上8:30至晚上9:00。(公衆假期沒有營養餐供應)

1. What is the start day for my Meal Plan? 我可以在那一天起開始進食營養餐?


You can either start Monday or Thursday depending on when you sign up.
您可以選擇於星期一或星期四進食營養餐,開始日期取決於你的下訂時間。




2. What is the cut-off time for signing up a Meal Plan? 有截止訂購營養餐的時限嗎?


If you order Mon – Fri (10am), your meal plan will start on the following Monday.
If you order Fri (10am) – Sun, you meal plan will start on the following Thursday.
若果您於星期一至五(10am)訂購,您的營養餐將於下星期一開始。而於星期五(10am)至日訂購的話,您的營養餐將於之後的星期四開始。

1. How is food prepared? 關於準備食物。


All food is cooked fresh and macro portioned according to USDA nutrition guidelines. We operate at a FEHD licensed food factory with all ingredients.
YOUNI 的所有食物都是新鮮烹調並按照美國農業部之營養指標計算份量的。YOUNI 在持有食物環境衞生署牌照的加工廠及廚房營運 。




2 .What is your food philosophy behind the meal plan? YOUNI 營養餐背後的有什麼特別意義?


We believe the best diet is a balanced diet. However we do portion food based on nutrition values such as protein, fat, carbohydrates and calories to ensure your food is tailored to your fitness goals.
YOUNI 從不跟隨嚴格控制的飲食,我們相信均衡飲食就是最健康的選擇 。因此 YOUNI 以營養成分作為設計菜單的框架, 包括:蛋白質、脂肪、碳水化合物和卡路里,從而確保營養餐是專為你的健康目標而設的。




3.What meal plan is right for me? 那一種營養餐適合我進食呢?


We offer 3 types of meal plans (lean, balance, build) however if you are following a professional Trainer we recommend you consult him/her first . Alternatively you can contact our nutritionist for recommendations.
YOUNI總共有三種類型的營養餐供您選擇,包括:減磅計劃、均衡計劃和增肌計劃。若果您有跟隨專業健身教練,我們建議您先資訊他(她)的意見。若果您在選擇營養餐類型有任何疑問,歡迎聯絡YOUNI營養師諮詢專業建議。




4.How long should I order? 我應該訂購多長的時間?


We recommend most customers to order 8 weeks to see lasting results.

We has no refund policy. We do appreciate your understanding however we are unable to honor any promotions for orders placed outside the promotional time frame as this would be unfair to the rest of our customers.
