Our build meal program is based on the following average calories and macro nutrition.
We generally assume a high protein and adequate carbohydrate meal plan with moderate healthy fats to ensure there is adequate fuel for muscle recovery and intensive work outs during muscle overloading sessions.

For special delivery requests including group orders, we can provide delivery to most Kowloon and Hong Kong locations.
Remarks : No delivery service to International Commerce Centre (ICC), HSBC Centre and HSBC Main Building due to office building management policy.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We do not accept refunds or exchanges to our meal plan however YOUNI does offer credit or pausing of meal plans on a case-by-case basis.
