Journey Reward Card Terms & Conditions

By accepting and using your Youni Journey Reward Card (the “Journey Reward Card”), you are agreeing to these terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) as published by Youni (HK) Ltd. (“Youni”, “we”, “us”). Please read these T&Cs carefully and keep a copy for your records. These T&Cs govern the use of the Journey Reward Card by you or anyone else who holds or uses the Journey Reward Card. The Journey Reward Card can only be used at a participating Youni restaurant in Hong Kong.
如使用Youni Journey Reward Card(“Journey Reward Card”), 即表示您同意Youni(HK)Ltd。(“Youni”,“我們”)發布的這些條款和條件(“條款與條件”), “我們”)。 請仔細閱讀條款和條件並保留一份副本以作記錄。 條款與條件適用於你或持有或使用Journey Reward Card的任何人。 Journey Reward Card只適用於香港之Youni分店。

1.     Journey Reward Card適用於Youni香港全線分店。
Valid across all Youni kiosks in Hong Kong.

2.     Journey Reward Card適用於Youni門市產品和Youni店內指定推廣活動,及Youni不時指定的產品。
Journey Reward Card is applicable for all Youni kiosk products, and products amend from time to time.

3.     Journey Reward Card不可與第三方平台優惠、禮券及其推廣活動同時使用。
Journey Reward Card cannot be used for any Third Party platforms ,gift vouchers and promotions.

4.     Journey Reward Card不可與Youni禮券或Youni推廣禮券、第三方禮券或推廣禮券同時使用
(例如: Goji Berries, Premium Meal Pass, Youni現金禮券等) 。
Journey Reward Card cannot be used in conjunction with any Youni gift vouchers and Youni promotional vouchers, third party platforms gift vouchers and promotional vouchers. (ie. Goji Berries, Premium Meal Pass, Youni cash vouchers).

5.     Journey Reward Card不可轉移他人及不可退還。
Journey Reward Card is non-transferrable and non-refundable.

6.     Journey Reward Card只適用於香港任何Youni分店購買Youni的產品及儲存積分。如Youni合理相信或懷疑Journey Reward Card是未經授權,欺詐或非法使用時,Youni保留不接納Journey Reward Card使用的權利。
The Journey Reward Card can only be used in exchange for goods and to accumulate points in any of the Youni’s kiosks in Hong Kong. Youni reserves the right not to accept any Journey Reward Card if Youni reasonably believes that the use is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.

7.     每次交易只可使用一張Journey Reward Card。
Only one Journey Reward Card can be used in each transaction.

8.     増值Journey Reward Card:繳付港幣100元作首次儲值金額以啟動Journey Reward Card,可使用信用卡或現金繳付。以後每次増值最少需為港幣100元。每張Journey Reward Card只可最多儲值港幣20,000元。Youni可隨時更改最高及最低的儲值額,並透過售賣處或Youni網站通知持卡人。
Loading Value on the Card: A HK$100 first time preload value is required for card activation at any of the Youni’s kiosks by credit card or cash. To add value to the Card for future consumption, a minimum of HK$100 is required. The maximum stored value of the Card is HK$20,000. Youni may change the maximum and minimum amounts at any time by notifying the Card Holder at the point of sale or on Youni website.

9.     結餘/使用期限:持卡人可於Youni分店,Youni網站或電郵hello@youni.com.hk查詢有關Journey Reward Card之結餘金額及到期日。
The Card Holder can check the Journey Reward Card balance and expiry date at any of the Youni’s kiosks, on Youni website at www.youni.com.hk or email Youni at hello@youni.com.hk.

10.  Journey Reward Card的有效期為1年,每次充值可延長有效期1 年,期滿後Journey Reward Card將會失效,所有剩餘金額及積分將會被自動註銷。由賺取起計12個月內沒有使用的Journey Reward Card積分,期滿後將會失效並被自動註銷。
The Journey Reward Card last 10 year from the date you have enrolled, every top-up activity will extend the card for 1 year. Unused amount and/or point balance shall be forfeited automatically upon the expiry date. The point balance in the Journey Reward Card will expire after 12 consecutive months after the earned date. Unused amount and/or point balance shall be forfeited automatically upon the expiry date.  Journey Reward Card的有效期為1年,每次充值可延長有效期1 年,期滿後Journey Reward Card將會失效,所有剩餘金額及積分將會被自動註銷。由賺取起計12個月內沒有使用的Journey Reward Card積分,期滿後將會失效並被自動註銷。
The Journey Reward Card last 10 year from the date you have enrolled, every top-up activity will extend the card for 1 year. 11.  持卡人使用Journey Reward Card的結餘金額,在每次惠顧任何產品時可取得積分。
The Journey Reward Card Holders are eligible to earn points for any product.

12.  獎賞計劃:
銅級: 於香港Youni任何分店出示Journey Reward Card購買Youni門市產品每消費港幣1元即可獲1分,購買營養餐每消費港幣10元即可獲1分。
Silver 銀級: 於香港Youni任何分店出示Journey Reward Card購買Youni門市產品每消費港幣1元即可獲1.5分,購買營養餐每消費港幣8元即可獲1分。
Gold 金級: 於香港Youni任何分店出示Journey Reward Card購買Youni門市產品每消費港幣1元即可獲2分,購買營養餐每消費港幣5元即可獲1分。
Bronze Level:  1 point will be earned with every HK$1 spent at any of the all Youni kiosk menu and retail products, 1 point will be earned with every HK$10 spent at Youni meal plan.
Silver Level:  1.5 point will be earned with every HK$1 spent at any of the all Youni kiosk menu and retail products, 1 point will be earned with every HK$8 spent at Youni meal plan.
Gold Level:  2 point will be earned with every HK$1 spent at any of the all Youni kiosk menu and retail products, 1 point will be earned with every HK$5 spent at Youni meal plan.

13.  Journey Reward Card分為3個會員獎賞級別,按照閣下帳戶中指定時間內累積消費決定會員級別。 閣下開立帳號,並啟動Journey Reward Card,就會自動成為 Journey Reward Card的銅級會員。 在成為會員之日後的三(3)個月內累積消費至少$ 3000,閣下就會成為銀級會員。 在成為會員之日後的三(3)個月內累積消費至少$ 10000,即有資格成為金級會員。
There are three (3) levels of benefits in Journey Reward Card which are determined by the amount you spent during a certain period that you accumulate in your account. By opening an account, and activating a Journey Reward Card, you will be automatically enrolled at the Bronze Level. Spend at least $3000 within the three (3) months’ period following your enrolment date and you will proceed to the Silver Level. If you spend at least $10000 within the three (3) months’ period, you will qualify for the Gold Level.

14.  若持卡人達到 Journey Reward Card 的具體級別,就可獲得適用於該級別的各種獎賞。持卡人必須繼續累積消費,才可以維持該會員級別:
如需維持銀級,持卡人必須在達到銀級之日後,在三(3)個月內重新累積消費至少$ 3000 。如持卡人在 三(3) 個月中未能累積消費至少$ 3000,持卡人將會被置於銅級。
如需維持金級,持卡人必須在達到金級之日後,在三(3)個月內重新累積消費至少$ 10000 。如持卡人在 三(3) 個月中未能累積消費至少$ 10000,持卡人將會被置於銅級。
To maintain the Silver Level, you must spend at least $3000 during each consecutive 3 months’ period following the date you reached the Silver Level. If you do not spend at least $3000 in 3 months, you will be placed at the Bronze Level.
To maintain the Gold Level, you must spend at least $10000 during each consecutive 3 months’ period following the date you reached the Gold Level. If you do not spend at least $10000 in 3 months, you will be placed at the Bronze Level.

15.  Journey Reward Card即日累積的積分將於第二日顯示於系統內。
Points accumulated during any given day will only be reflected in the system on the following day.

16.  Journey Reward Card積分並無幣值,不得兌換現金或其他電子幣值。
Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed in any way for cash. Points can be redeemed for purchase of goods at any Youni’s kiosks.

17.  當兌換積分時,積分會被立即扣除,此兌換積分交易將不能改變,取消或退還。
Once a redemption order has been processed, points will be deducted instantly and such redemption transaction cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.

18.  積分的獎賞均只屬個人所有,並不能轉讓他人。
Points are personal to the individual Card Holder and cannot be transferred.

19.  Youni將不會負責任何有效期滿後的兌換積分。
Youni is not responsible for any redemption after the expiry date.

20.  累積積分不能兌換Journey Reward Card或増值Journey Reward Card。
Points accumulated are not redeemable for Journey Reward Card or to reload the Journey Reward Card.

21.  持卡人在完成交易前,必須出示其Journey Reward Card。當交易完成後,Youni不會辦理任何累積積分的要求。
The Card Holder is required to present the Journey Reward Card prior to the completion of transaction. Youni will not honor any point accumulation request once the transaction is completed.

22.  持卡人如取消Journey Reward Card,不會有任何的金額或積分退還。Youni將會根據持卡人的要求,取消Journey Reward Card。
No refund for any Card cancellation. Youni will deactivate the Card upon receiving Card cancellation request.

23.  Journey Reward Card內之儲值在任何情況下恕不退還、不可兌換現金、不設找贖,亦不可轉移。
Journey Reward Card stored cash value for spending is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

24.  積分不能轉讓及分拆,不同Journey Reward Card內的積分亦不可合併使用。
Journey Reward Card points are non-transferrable, and points stored in different Journey Reward Card cannot be used in conjunction.

25.  所有已取消的交易或購物退款,因應該次消費而獲得的獎賞積分將會自動扣除, 包括因指定推廣計劃而額外獲得之獎賞積分。
All cancelled transactions or refunds will result in the automatic deduction of points that was originally accumulated from point of purchase, including the extra points earned from specific promotions.

26.  若閣下不願意提供個人資料以作註冊用途,如將來遺失Journey Reward Card,YOUNI將無法跟據個人資料尋回會員卡號碼 ,YOUNI恕不負責及無法作出任何跟進。
If member cannot or is not willing to provide all true, accurate and complete personal information as required for enrolment purposes, YOUNI is not liable to any loss caused by card loss and unable for any follow up.

27.  若卡內餘額不足以支付交易金額,不可以其他付款方式支付餘額。
If the card balance is insufficient to pay the required transaction, the card cannot be used in combination with any other payment method to settle the rest of the payment.

28.  Journey Reward Card不可以任何禮券增加儲值。
Journey Reward Card cannot top up from vouchers.

29.  持卡人須妥善保管及使用其Journey Reward Card,YOUNI恕不負責任何因被盜用或遺失Journey Reward Card而導致的損失。 Card holders should be responsible for the maintenance and use of their cards. Youni is not responsible for any loss incurred from stolen or loss of the Journey Reward Card.

30.  如遺失Journey Reward Card,客人須繳付$20手續費補發新卡,手續費會於Journey Reward Card內餘額直接扣除。
Lost or damaged card can be replaced with a replacement fee of HK$20, the replacement fee will be deducted directly from the Journey Reward Card balance.

31.  Youni需要最少7個工作日補發新的Journey Reward Card。
Youni requires at least 7 working days for the Journey Reward Card replacement.

32.  Youni Journey Reward Card一經使用,即表示持卡人接受此卡所附之使用條款及日後所作之修訂,Youni保留會員使用此卡優惠及條款之最終權利 。
Use of the membership card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Journey Reward Card Agreement and the regulation issued thereunder and rules of Journey Reward Card without prior notice.

33.  會員優惠之權利可能隨時修訂而毋須事先通知。
Journey Reward Card privileges may be changed at any time without prior notice.

34.  如對積分有任何疑問,可向分店職員查詢或電郵hello@youni.com.hk,將由專人於兩星期內回覆。
For any queries on point, please contact our store assistants or email at hello@youni.com.hk , reply would be arranged within 2 weeks.

35.  Youni可在沒有通知或法律責任之下,暫時取消或終止本協議,及撤銷或限制任何給予持卡人的權利或優惠。本協議會因持卡人有欺詐性或在未被受權的情況下使用Journey Reward Card而終止。若Youni在沒有原因的情況下終止本協議,Youni將會退回Journey Reward Card戶口餘額予持卡人。
Youni may suspend or terminate this Agreement or revoke or limit any or all of the rights and privileges granted to the Card Holder at any time without notice or liability. Termination may result from the Card Holder's fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Card. If Youni terminates this Agreement without cause, Youni will refund the balance held in the Card account less any amounts that the Card Holder may owe to Youni.

36.  持卡人同意如因Journey Reward Card而令Youni蒙受、承受或產生(視乎情形而定)的一切訴訟、法律程序、債務、申索、損失、損害及合理費用及支出,須向Youni作出彌償,除非是因Youni明顯犯錯所致,則作別論。
The Card Holder agrees to indemnify Youni against all actions, proceedings, liabilities, claims, loss, damages and reasonable costs and expenses which may be taken against Youni or which Youni may suffer, sustain or incur (as the case be) in respect of the Card unless the same were caused by any manifest error on Youni’s part.

37.  Youni並未為Journey Reward Card作出任何申述、保証或任何明示或暗示的條件,包括但不限制於對適銷性、針對特定用途的適用性,所有權以及不侵權,或任何於貿易上、交易或履行協議時所產生的保證。Youni不會申述或擔保持卡人的Journey Reward Card能一直被使用或被接受。
Youni and its affiliates make no representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the Card, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement, or any warranty arising by usage of trade, course of dealing or course of performance. Youni does not represent or warrant that the Card will always be accessible or accepted.

38.  在任何情況下,Youni不會對於未被受權的使用或更改、被竊取或損毀的Journey Reward Card負上任何法律責任,不論是因為意外、誤用、或因持卡人或任何第三者以欺詐性手法或裝置,或因為任何不在Youni的控制範圍之內的情況而發生的延遲或錯誤。
In the event that Youni or its affiliates are found liable to the Card Holder, the Card Holder shall only be entitled to recover actual and direct damages and such damages shall not exceed the last balance held on the Card. Youni and its affiliates shall have no liability for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages (including without limitation loss of profit, revenue or use) arising out of or in any way connected with this Agreement, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence, whether active, passive or imputed), product liability, strict liability or other theory, even if Youni or its authorized representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

39.  如要獲得或繼續使用Journey Reward Card,每位持卡人須不時向Youni提供其個人資料。
It is necessary for each of the Card Holder to provide his/her personal data to Youni from time to time in connection with obtaining or continuing to use the Card.

40.  持卡人若不能或不願提供有關正確資料,Youni將無法向持卡人提供服務。
If the Card Holder is unable or unwilling to provide such correct data, Youni may be unable to provide the Card Holder with the service.

41.  持卡人同意,為申請及使用Journey Reward Card而向Youni提供的個人資料,均可作為以下用途:
(a) 處理Journey Reward Card服務的申請;
(b) 進行任何持卡人有關的資料及紀錄的核實工作;
(c) 執行及行使本協議規定的Youni權利;
(d) Journey Reward Card收費系統的正常管理、運作及保養,包括審計在內;
(e) 設計新的或改善現有由Youni提供的服務,供客戶使用;
(f) 推廣Youni、其附屬公司、聯屬公司或任何選定商務夥伴的貨品及/或服務;
(g) Youni與持卡人進行通訊;
(h) 調查投訴及備受懷疑的可疑交易及研究服務改善措施;
(i) 防止及偵測罪行;
(j) 根據法例作出披露;及
(k) 其他相關用途。
Each of the Card Holder agrees that his/her personal data provided to Youni relating to the Card may be used for the following purposes:-
(a) processing the application for the Card;
(b) verifying any information and records relating to the Card Holder;
(c) enforcing and exercising Youni's rights under this Agreement;
(d) the normal management, operation and the maintenance of the Card system, including audit;
(e) designing new or improving existing services provided by Youni, Youni's subsidiaries and affiliates (i.e. any other entity which directly or indirectly controls Youni, is controlled by Youni, or is under common control with Youni) for customer's use;
(f) marketing of goods and/or services by Youni, Youni's subsidiaries and affiliates or any of Youni's selected business partners;
(g) communication from Youni to the Card Holder;
(h) investigation of complaints, suspicious transactions and research for service improvement;
(i) prevention or detection of crime;
(j) disclosure as required by law; and
(k) other related purposes.

42.  每位持卡人有權:
(a) 查核Youni是否持有持卡人有關的資料及查閱該資料;
(b) 要求Youni改正任何關於持卡人的不正確資料;
(c) 查詢Youni就處理個人資料有關的政策及慣例和被告知Youni持有其個人資料的類別;及
(d) 要求Youni不要使用持卡人的個人資料作直接推廣用途,Youni 將會停止有關活動,並不會向持卡人收取任何費用。
Each of the Card Holder has the right to:
(a) check whether Youni holds data about the Card Holder and have access to that data;
(b) require Youni to correct any data relating to the Card Holder which is inaccurate;
(c) ascertain Youni's policies and practices in relation to personal data and to be informed of the kind of personal data held by Youni; and
(d) request Youni not to use the personal data of the Card Holder for direct marketing purposes, which Youni will cease to do at no cost to the Card Holder.

43.  Youni保留就處理查閱任何持卡人的個人資料的要求而向持卡人收取合理費用的權利。
Youni reserves the right to charge the Card Holder a reasonable fee for processing any request for access to his/her personal data.

44.  如持卡人不希望將來收取來自Youni的市場推廣函件,請電郵至hello@youni.com.hk 或致電37283683。
If Card Holder does not want to receive marketing materials from Youni in the future, Card Holder may email to hello@youni.com.hk or call Youni on 37283683.

45.  本通知不會限制持卡人在該條例下所享有的權利。
Nothing in this Notice shall limit the rights of the Card Holder under the Ordinance.

46.  轉讓:Youni可以轉讓本協議的全部或部份權利及義務,而該轉讓並不視為修改協議且不須通知持卡人。轉讓後Youni的法律責任便得以解除。
Youni may assign all or part of its rights or obligations under this Agreement without notice to the Card Holder provided that Youni complies with all applicable laws, regulations in respect of such assignment, Youni shall be released from all liability.

47.  中文文本僅供參考。如中英文文本有任何歧義,概以英文文本為準。
The Chinese translation is provided for reference only. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the former shall prevail.

48.  如有任何爭議,Youni保留最終之決定權。
Youni reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.

By using this website, and submitting any order via YOUNI "Online Ordering" Service service, you signify your consent to these Terms and Conditions, namely, the Order Terms, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, "Terms and Conditions"). This website is directed solely at persons accessing the website from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong").您一經使用本網站並透過YOUNI 「網上訂購」美食訂購服務提交任何訂單,即表示您同意此等條款及細則。本網站全為從香港特別行政區(「香港」)進入網站的人士而設。

  1. Delivery service is only available in selected YOUNI Cafes of Hong Kong (excluded Wan Chai Café) . Please call our hotline at 3728 3983 for details. YOUNI美食訂購服務只限香港YOUNI分店(灣仔除外)。詳情請致電熱線3728 3983查詢。

  2. Product information pricing and images available at YOUNI Online Ordering site are for reference only. Availability of products may vary at individual cafes. Prices and products listed herein are subject to change by YOUNI's from time to time without prior notice. Customers should refer to prices and products quoted at the time of order. YOUNI網上訂購提供之產品資料、價格及圖片只供參考,產品供應種類亦視乎個別餐廳而異。YOUNI會不時更改本網站上的產品及其價錢,恕不另行通知。產品及其價錢將以訂購時確認的產品及價錢為準。

  3. YOUNI Online Ordering cannot be made in conjunction with other discounts, special or promotional offer unless otherwise specified. Food Coupons and voucher will not be accepted unless otherwise specified. YOUNI網上訂購服務不可與其他折扣、優惠或推廣同時使用。除非另有明確規定,否則恕不接受任何禮券。

  4. By registering for the YOUNI Online Ordering or by ordering from us through the web, you represent and warrant that you have the capacity to understand, agree to and comply with these Terms and Conditions. You should provide true, accurate and complete registration and ordering information. All information submitted to or received through web, mobile app or telephone ordering will be treated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.一經登記此項服務或通過YOUNI 「網上訂購」服務提交任何訂單,您聲明及保証您有能力了解、同意及遵守此等條款及細則。您應該提供真實、準確及齊全的登記及訂購資料。所有經YOUNI 「網上訂購」服務所收發的資訊,亦同樣受到此等條款及細則管轄。

  5. Product information, pricing and images available at YOUNI Online Ordering are for reference only. YOUNI will make every effort to ensure that the prices and product information contained herein are correct. YOUNI reserves the right to vary prices and other product information without prior notice. Availability of products may vary at individual restaurants. Customers should refer to prices and products quoted at the time of YOUNI order.

  6. YOUNI 「網上訂購」服務提供之產品資料、價格及圖片只供參考。YOUNI會盡力確保記載於網站內的產品資料及價格均屬正確,但YOUNI保留更改價格及其他產品細節的權利,而毋需事先通知。產品供應種類視乎個別餐廳而異。產品及其價錢將以訂購YOUNI 「網上訂購」服務時確認的產品及價錢為準。

  7. You will be liable for every YOUNI Online Ordering’s order made under your username (email address) and agree to indemnify YOUNI for all claims arising from the actions of a person submitting any order using your username (including the unauthorized use of your email address by a third party). 您將會為您的用戶名稱名下作出的每個YOUNI 「網上訂購」服務負上法律責任,並同意就使用您的用戶名稱(電郵地址)提交訂單的人士的行動(包括第三者未經授權而使用您的電郵地址)所引起的一切申索向YOUNI補償。

  8. YOUNI reserves the right to decline to accept any order we may, in our opinion, consider unreliable upon checking the user's history for that particular order. YOUNI若就某項訂單翻查用戶紀錄後,認為任何訂單不可信賴,則保留拒絕接受該項訂單的權利。

  9. Whilst YOUNI will use our best efforts to ensure that your order submitted through the YOUNI Online Ordering service is correctly and satisfactorily fulfilled, YOUNI reserves the right to decline to fulfill an order in whole or in part if we are unable to supply some or all items of an order because of unavailability or any unforeseen change of the products, or in the event of bad weather, traffic and/or any uncontrollable conditions. 我們雖會盡力確保正確地及滿意地完成您透過YOUNI 「網上訂購」服務提交的訂單,但若我們因缺乏某產品,或因產品出現不可預見的轉變,或因惡劣天氣、交通或其他不可控制的情況而不能供應訂單內部分或全部食品,YOUNI保留拒絕完成全部或部分訂單的權利。

  10. Payment for products ordered through the YOUNI Online Ordering service shall be made by Paypal or YOUNI Journey Card only. YOUNI may change at any time the method by which payments for telephone orders may be made and YOUNI will revise these Terms and Conditions to this effect by updating this posting. 透過YOUNI 「網上訂購」服務的食品貨款,應於訂購時用Paypal 或Youni Journey Card付款。YOUNI可隨時更改訂購的付款方式。YOUNI會更新此張貼以就此等條款及細則作相關修訂。

  11. For all YOUNI Online Ordering payments you represent and warrant that you have obtained your credit card legally and have the capacity to enter into an online payment transaction. Your order cannot be revised or cancelled after completion of your YOUNI Online Ordering order payment. For all payment enquiries, please contact your credit card issuing bank. YOUNI 「網上訂購」服務: 一經使用此項網上付款服務,你便聲名及保證你已合法獲取你的信用卡及有資格和能力進行網上付款。網上付款完成後,訂單不能取消或修改。如有查詢,請聯絡你的發卡銀行

  12. We reserve the right to change the information, services and resources available on this website and to revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting at any time. If for any reason a court finds any provision of these Terms and Conditions to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect. The applicability of these Terms and Conditions shall survive any termination of your registration for the web and mobile app ordering system. 我們保留隨時更改本網站提供的資訊、服務和資源,以及以更新此張貼形式修訂此等條款及細則的權利。若因任何理由,法院認為此等條款及細則的任何條文不能強制執行,此等條款及細則的其餘條文仍會繼續全面有效。您就YOUNI 「網上訂購」及手機應用程式系統的登記終止後,此等條款及細則仍然適用。

  13. These Terms and Conditions are updated as of February 2019. In the case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail. 此等條款及細則於2019年06月更新。此等條款及細則的英文本如與中文譯本之文義有任何歧異,概以英文本為準。

Youni Gift Card Terms & Conditions

By accepting and using your Youni Gift Card (the “Gift Card”), you (“You” or the “Card Holder”) are agreeing to these terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) as published by Youni (HK) Ltd. (“Youni”, “we”, “us”). Please read these T&Cs carefully and keep a copy for your records. These T&Cs govern the use of the Gift Card by you or anyone else who holds or uses the Gift Card.

  1. Card Holder must register the Gift Card online by scanning the QR code.

  2. Gift Card is valid and can be used across all Youni kiosks in Hong Kong.

  3. Gift Card can be used to purchase all Youni kiosk products (excluding any whey protein powder products) and any other products designated by Youni from time to time.

  4. Gift Card cannot be used in conjunction with any Youni gift vouchers and Youni promotional vouchers, third party platforms gift vouchers and promotional vouchers. (ie. Goji Berries, Premium Meal Pass, Youni cash vouchers).

  5. Gift Card and the stored cash value is non-transferrable and non-refundable and only one Gift Card can be used in each transaction.

  6. Youni reserves the right not to accept any Gift Card if Youni reasonably believes that the use is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.

  7. No top-up (by cash or vouchers) is permitted on the Gift Card and not points will be accumulated.

  8. The Card Holder can check the Gift Card balance and expiry date at any of the Youni kiosks, on Youni website at www.youni.com.hk/reward-program or email Youni at hello@youni.com.hk.

  9. The Gift Card has an expiry date as stated in the ‘Gift Card Info’ above. Expiry date cannot be waived or extended under any circumstance. Any unused amounts shall be forfeited automatically upon the expiry date.  

  10. The Card Holder is required to present the original Gift Card prior to the completion of transaction. Photocopy or digital copy will not be accepted.

  11. No refund for any Gift Card cancellation. Youni will deactivate the Gift Card upon receiving Gift Card cancellation request.

  12. If the Gift Card balance is insufficient to pay the required transaction, the Card Holder can use other forms of payment to settle the balance.

  13. Card Holders should be responsible for the maintenance and use of their Gift Card.  Youni is not responsible for any loss incurred from stolen or loss of the Gift Card. Lost or damaged Gift Cards can be replaced one time for registered Card Holders only.  Youni requires at least 7 working days for the Gift Card replacement. No replacement Gift Card will be given to non-registered Card Holders and the stored cash value on the Gift Card shall be forfeited under such circumstance.

  14. Youni may suspend or terminate the Gift Card or revoke or limit any or all of the rights and privileges granted to the Card Holder at any time without notice or liability. Termination may result from the Card Holder's fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Gift Card. If Youni terminates the Gift Card without cause, Youni will refund the balance held in the Gift Card account less any amounts that the Card Holder may owe to Youni.

  15. The Card Holder agrees to indemnify Youni against all actions, proceedings, liabilities, claims, loss, damages and reasonable costs and expenses which may be taken against Youni or which Youni may suffer, sustain or incur (as the case be) in respect of the Gift Card unless the same were caused by any manifest error on Youni’s part.

  16. Youni and its affiliates make no representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the Gift Card, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement, or any warranty arising by usage of trade, course of dealing or course of performance. Youni does not represent or warrant that the Gift Card will always be accessible or accepted.

  17. In the event that Youni or its affiliates are found liable to the Card Holder, the Card Holder shall only be entitled to recover actual and direct damages and such damages shall not exceed the last balance held on the Gift Card. Youni and its affiliates shall have no liability for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages (including without limitation loss of profit, revenue or use) arising out of or in any way connected with these T&Cs, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence, whether active, passive or imputed), product liability, strict liability or other theory, even if Youni or its authorized representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  18. Youni may assign all or part of its rights or obligations under these T&Cs without notice to the Card Holder provided that Youni complies with all applicable laws, regulations in respect of such assignment, Youni shall be released from all liability.

  19. Youni reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
